On going projects

1.                Barley Project

·        To evaluate and study the nutritional and feeding values of locally grown barley grains as a replacement for imported corn

·        3 years

·        Collaboration with American University of Beirut, Lebanese University, Overseas Universities and companies

2.                Oilseed Project

·        Evaluate the nutritional and feeding quality of drought tolerant varieties of safflower meal and other locally produced oilseed meal for poultry.

·        2 years

·        Collaboration with American University of Beirut, Lebanese University, Overseas Universities and companies

3.      Feed additive Project

. Effect of incorporating feed additives that enhance egg production and quality on performance of terminating laying hens

. Participation with Dr. M.T. Farran, American University of Beirut


Achievements  Publish research work in peer reviewed agriculture journals
