A new established department that covers two main activities represented by:
- Routine testing of pathogenic and beneficial microbiome collected from soil and any source of fermented organic matter (aerobic and anaerobic).
- Fulfill all types of studies related to the identification of microorganisms form different microbiomes (environment, grapes, cellars, plant, soil...), their use in processing and their impact on the quality of end products.
